摘　　要：目的:评价2006—2018年白银市儿童保健工作情况。方法:利用Joinpoint回归分析2006—2018年白银市儿童保健工作发展情况,采用熵权系数法分析白银市各县区儿童保健工作评分情况。结果:2006—2018年白银市儿童保健工作不断推进,儿童保健相关指标总体呈上升趋势,儿童死亡和疾病相关指标呈不断下降趋势。2006—2018年白银市各县区儿童保健工作得分总体均呈不断上升趋势,各县区评分差异不断缩小。结论:2006—2018年白银市儿童保健工作呈不断发展的良好态势。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the children’s health care work in Baiyin from 2006-2018.METHODS Joinpoint regression were used to analysis the development trend of relevant indicators for children’s health services in Baiyin from 2006 to 2018,and Entropy Coefficient Method was applied to compare the children’s health work in each county.RESULTS From 2006 to 2018,the children’s health care work in Baiyin had been continuously promoted;the indicators related to children’s health care had been on the rise;the indicators related to children’s death and disease had been on the decline.From 2006 to 2018,the scores of children’s health care work in all counties and districts of Baiyin showed an overall rising trend,and the differences between the districts narrowed.CONCLUSION From 2006 to 2018,the work of children’s health care in Baiyin showed a great promote trend.
