摘　　要：目的:调查齐齐哈尔市部分大学生艾滋病知识、态度、行为现状,为高校开展艾滋病防控工作提供依据。方法:采取方便抽样的方法,在齐齐哈尔市两所公立本科院校抽取379名在校大学生进行问卷调查,包括基本信息、艾滋病知识、对待艾滋病病毒感染者的态度、性行为情况。结果:艾滋病相关知识知晓率为81.0%,性行为发生率为18.5%。不同民族、专业、父母文化程度不同的学生艾滋病知识知晓率、对待艾滋病病毒感染者的态度有统计学差异(P<0.05),其中专业和父母文化程度是艾滋病知识知晓率的影响因素。结论:被调查大学生艾滋病知识知晓率尚未达到国家标准,部分学生对艾滋病病毒感染者有歧视态度,在性行为方面存在知行不一现象,建议高校采取更有针对性的措施开展艾滋病健康教育工作。OBJECTIVE To Investigate the current status of AIDS knowledge,attitude and behavior of college students in Qiqi-har,so as to provide a basis for launching a program of AIDS health education in colleges and universities.METHODS Question-naire survey was conducted among 379 college students from two public universities in Qiqihar.The questions covered four parts,in-cluding essential information,knowledge of AIDS,attitude towards people living with HIV and sexual behavior.RESULTS The aware-ness rate of AIDS knowledge was 81.0%,and the incidence of sexual behavior was 18.5%.There were significant differences in theawareness rate of AIDS knowledge and attitude towards people living with HIV between students of different nations,majors and edu-cation levels of parents(P<0.05),among which majors and education levels of parents were the factors influencing the awarenessrate of AIDS knowledge.CONCLUSION The awareness rate of AIDS knowledge among college students in Qiqihar had not yetreached the national standard.Some students had discriminatory attitudes towards people living with HIV and existed the phenome-non that their sexual knowledge didn’t conform to their sexual behavior.It suggested that colleges and universities should take moretargeted measures to carry out AIDS health education.
