摘 要:为了初步了解贵州省牛病毒性腹泻病毒(BVDV)、牛疱疹病毒1型(BHV-1)、牛冠状病毒(BCoV)、牛支原体(MB)的感染情况,在贵州省7个地区的牛场随机采集了224份鼻拭子样品,采用PCR方法检测所采集样品。结果:BVDV阳性率16.07%(36/224),BHV-1阳性率7.59%(17/224),BCoV阳性率8.04%(18/224),MB阳性率12.90%(29/224);BVDV与MB混合感染率为2.68%(6/224),BVDV与BHV-1混合感染率为1.78%(4/224),MB和BHV-1混合感染率为1.34%(3/224),MB和BCoV混合感染1.78%(4/224)。BVDV的5′-UTR和E2基因系统进化树分析发现,3份BVDV样品与标准株ZM-95遗传关系相近,确定了贵州省流行毒株以BVDV-1m型主。本研究结果可为贵州省牛呼吸道和消化道疾病防控提供一定参考。This study was to determine the prevalence of bovine viral diarrhea virus(BVDV), bovine herpesvirus type 1(BHV-1), bovine coronavirus(BCoV) and Mycoplasma bovis(MB) among cattle in Guizhou Province and their mixed infections in the province. 224 nasal swab samples were randomly collected from cattle in the farms in 7 regions of Guizhou Province, and the collected samples were tested by PCR. The results showed that the positive rate of BVDV was 16.07%(36/224), that of BHV-1 was 7.59%(17/224), of BCoV was 8.04%(18/224), andof MB was 12.90%(29/224). The mixed infection rate of BVDV and MB was 2.68%(6/224), that of BVDV and BHV-1 was 1.78%(4/224), of MB and BHV-1 was 1.34%(3/224), and of MB and BCoV was 1.78%(4/224). Phylogenetic analysis was conducted based on the sequences acquired. Three of the samples examined in this work clustered with the BVDV ZM-95 strain, which was the prototype of BVDV1 m. The information obtained from the present study might be useful for bovine respiratory disease control in Guizhou Province.
