摘　　要：为了有效规避制革企业可能出现财务风险,采用财务预警体系构建的方式,保证制革企业的稳定发展。在研究过程中,针对当前存在的财务风险因素进行深入分析,并结合制革企业财务风险产生的原因,实现制革企业财务预警体系的构建。该体系可最大限度地降低制革企业的财务风险,为制革企业的未来发展营造良好的技术监督手段。In order to effectively avoid the possible financial risks of tannery companies,a financial early warning system is adopted to ensure the stable development of tannery companies.In the research process,an in-depth analysis of current financial risk factors is carried out and combined with tannery companies The reasons for the financial risks are to realize the construction of a financial early warning system for tannery companies,which can minimize the financial risks of tannery companies and create good technical supervision methods for the future development of tannery companies.
