摘 要:为适应当前制鞋业对鞋机性能不断提升的要求,提出鞋面定型机鞋头和后踵一体定型、控制系统数字化和物联网化的技术方案,对其关键技术进行研究,设计出能根据鞋码灵活调整鞋头与后踵相对位置的连接传动机构,开发出信息化程度较高的本地嵌入式数控系统和物联网远程控制系统。所开发的鞋头与后踵一体化定型技术较好地解决了传统设备鞋头与后踵对位不准确、生产效率低、制造成本高等问题,且其本地和远程控制系统方案实现容易、可靠性高,能有效提升鞋机的数字化和物联网化水平。To meet the requirements of shoe making industry to improve the performance of shoe machines,the technical scheme of integrated shoe molding machines of toe and heel,as well as digitization of control system and internet of things were put forward.The key technologies were studied,the connecting transmission mechanism which can flexibly adjust the position of toe and heel according to shoe size was designed.A local embedded numerical control system with high degree of informatization and the internet of things remote control system were developed.The integrated vamp molding technology developed can solve the problems of inaccurate alignment of toe and heel,low pro-duction efficiency and high manufacturing cost of traditional machines.Besides,the local and remote control system are easy to realize,and have high reliability,which can effectively improve the level of the digitization and internet of things of shoe machines.
