摘　　要：合成革材料的延展性、耐磨性、耐折性、透气性、柔韧性、防风保暖性十分突出,通过特殊处理,还会形成防水性与防油性,且外观风格独特,以其为原料进行具备抗油、拒水功能的防护服设计,可在很大程度上满足劳动防护服的功能性与时尚性要求。据此,针对防护服的抗油、拒水功能要求,从原料选取、款式设计、色彩设计、工艺设计等多角度进行合成革类防护服设计分析,以期能够为防护服设计行业提供更多可借鉴建议,为合成革服装产业实现创新发展奠定坚实基础。Synthetic leather material has outstanding ductility,wear resistance,folding resistance,air permeability,flexibility,windproof and warmth retention.Through special treatment,it can also form water-proof and oil-proof,and has unique appearance style.Using it as raw material to design protective clothing with oil resistance and water repellency function can largely meet the functional and fashion requirements of labor protective clothing.According to the requirements of anti oil and water repellent function of protective clothing,the design of synthetic leather protective clothing was analyzed from the aspects of raw material selection,style design,color design and process design,so as to provide more reference suggestions for the protective clothing design industry and lay a solid foundation for the innovation and development of synthetic leather clothing industry.
