摘　　要：目的探讨侧脑室额角穿刺操作中术者姿势对穿刺成功率的影响。方法选择江西省人民医院神经外科2020年6月1日至10月1日期间因脑内出血进行脑室外引流术患者50例,据临床术者操作分为高重心组和低重心组,用简易图的方法比较常见2种姿势的差异,记录穿刺成功率及穿刺耗时。结果高重心组穿刺成功17例,占比68%;低重心组穿刺成功24例,占比96%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高重心组耗时(31.00±6.16)min,低重心组耗时(13.16±4.23)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论低重心姿势是利于侧脑室额角穿刺的理想姿势。Objective To investigate the influence of the posture of the operator on the success rate of puncture of the frontal horn of the lateral ventricle.Methods Fifty patients with intracerebral hemorrhage who underwent external ventricular drainage at Department of Neurosurgery,Jiangxi Provincial People's Hospital from June 1 to October 1,2020 were selected.According to the operator's posture,the patients were divided into either a high gravity center group or a low gravity center group.A simple figure method was used to compare the difference between the two kinds of postures,and the success rate of puncture and biopsy time were recorded.Results 17 cases(68%)were successful in the high gravity center group,and 24 cases(96%)were successful in the low gravity center group,there was a statistically significant difference between them(P<0.05).Biopsy time in the high gravity center group was significantly longer than that of the low gravity center group[(31.00±6.16)min vs(13.16±4.23)min,P<0.01].Conclusion Low gravity center posture is the ideal position for lateral ventricle puncture.
