摘  要:为明确云南省广南县杉木Cunninghamia lanceolata侵染性病害的病原菌种类,对病组织进行分离获得病原菌,通过柯赫氏法则进行验证,结合形态特征和系统发育树进行鉴定,并进行复合侵染试验。结果表明:广南县杉木3种主要的侵染性病害分别为杉木炭疽病、杉木赤枯病和杉木落针病,其病原真菌依次为暹罗刺盘孢Colletotrichum siamense、小孢拟盘多毛孢Pestalotiopsis microspo-ra和杉叶散斑壳Lophodermium uncinatum。复合侵染的病斑比单独接种的扩展速度更快,且C.siamense的致病力比P.microspora的强。3种侵染性病害的病原菌种类和致病性测定,可为病害防治及抗病育种等工作提供科学的理论依据。In order to identify the pathogen species of the infectious diseases of Chinese fir(Cunninghamia lanceolata)in Guangnan county,Yunnan province,the pathogenic fungi were isolated from the disease tissue and verified by Koch′s Rule,the pathogen species were identified by combining morphological characteristics and phylogenetic tree,and the compound infection test was carried out.The results showed that,at present,there were three kinds of infectious diseases on Chinese fir in Guangnan county,including anthracnose of Chinese fir,copper blight of Chinese fir and needle-cast of Chinese fir.The pathogenic fungi that caused the above infectious diseases were Colletotrichum siamense,Pestalotiopsis microspora and Lophodermium uncinatum,respectively.The spread rate of disease spots with mixed inoculation was faster than that with single inoculation,and the pathogenicity of C.siamense was stronger than P.microspora.The determination of pathogen species and pathogenicity of three infectious diseases in Guangnan county provided scientific theoretical basis for prevention and control of infectious diseases and breeding of disease resistance in the later period.
