摘 要:目的研究"三进两联一交友"活动在医学生育人全过程中发挥的作用。方法选取2019年7—9月,新疆某高校临床医学院大一至大四学生824份问卷,职工813份问卷作为研究分析,分别从职工联系学生的方式、做法、效果上设计问题,并对学生与职工在活动成效相关内容方面的认同进行比较。结果学生和职工对三进两联一交友活动认可度为84.8%;促进民族团结的认可度为96.2%;师生间互动和联系分别在主动联系95.9%、关心生活89.6%、思想指导78.56%、喜欢教师78.6%、主动寻求帮助75.4%等方面做得较好;学生与职工最容易接受的联系方式为进食堂72.7%、微信与电话联系62.1%等。党总支联系班级作为载体发挥了党建促进育人模式的创新作用,有6个总支、12个支部获得学院的重视和表彰。结论三进两联一交友活动,体现了党建促进学建,提升了医学生专业素质和专业能力,实现全员育人、全方位育人的有效途径。Objective To study the role of the“Three in,Two in,One in”activity in the whole process of medical fertility.Method From July to September 2019,824 questionnaires for freshmen and seniors from a clinical medical college in Xinjiang and 813 questionnaires for staff were used for research and analysis.Questions were designed based on the methods,practices,and effects of staff's contact with students.Then a comparison was made on the staff's recognition of content related to activity effectiveness.Result The recognition of students and staff on“Three in,Two in,One in”activity was 84.8%;Recognition for promoting national unity is 96.2%;Teacher-student interactions and connections were better in 95.9%of active contact,89.6%of caring for life,78.56%of ideological guidance,78.6%of teachers preference,and 75.4%of actively seeking help.The most acceptable contact methods for students and staff are 72.7%in the cafeteria,62.1%on WeChat and telephone.As a carrier,the contact group of the party branch played the innovative role of party building to promote the education model.Six general branches and 12 branches received the attention and recognition of the college.Conclusion The“Three in,Two in,One in”activity demonstrates the effective way of party building to promote academic construction,improves the professional quality and professional ability of medical students,and achieve all-round education.
