摘　　要：目的对比粉尘螨滴剂独用与联合匹多莫德治疗小儿变应性鼻炎伴哮喘的效果。方法选取85例患有变应性鼻炎伴哮喘病症的儿童作为研究对象,将这些小儿患者随机分为对照组、研究组。对照组患儿服用粉尘螨滴剂,研究组在服用粉尘螨滴剂的同时服用匹多莫德协同治疗。结果对照组患儿单药治疗后鼻炎和哮喘症状评分高于研究组两药联合治疗;研究组IL-16下降水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组IgG、IgA、IgM升高水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论粉尘螨滴剂联合匹多莫德治疗小儿变应性鼻炎伴哮喘疗效好。Objective To compare the efficacy of dust mite drops alone and combined with pidotimod in the treatment of allergic rhinitis with asthma in children.Methods Eightyfive children with allergic rhinitis and asthma were selected as the study subjects,and these children were randomly divided into control group and research group.The control group was given dermatophagoides farinae drops,while the study group was given pidotimod combined with dermatophagoides farinae drops.Result The score of rhinitis and asthma symptoms in the control group was higher than that in the study group after single drug treatment;the level of IL-16 in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the level of IgG,IgA and IgM in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dermatophagoides farinae drops combined with pidotimod is effective in the treatment of allergic rhinitis with asthma in children.
