摘　　要：本文基于面向农户的生产性服务及创新所形成的"社会企业+农户"契约模式,构建了一个由社会企业与农户共担成本、共享收益的合作机制。在此基础上,根据农业社会企业对农户提供的生产性服务内容的不同,区分为仅有改良投入共担的分散式、改良投入共担及生产成本节约分成的紧密式、改良结合地权入股实现收益共享的集中式三种合作契约。并将该运作体系置于双渠道环境,探讨在面临渠道冲突的情况下,农业社会企业与农户的合作机制实现过程及定价决策。Based on the"social enterprise + farmers"contract mode formed through farmer-oriented productive service and innovation,this paper establishes an operation mechanism in which social enterprises and farmers share both cost and revenue. The cooperation contractual modes are divided into three types,including dispersed contract,tight contract and centralized contract,according to the contents of productive service provided by agricultural social enterprise to farmers. The influence of pricing decision on profits under different cooperation contractual modes of agricultural social enterprises and farmers in face of channel conflict is discussed by applying the operation system into dual-channel environment.
