摘  要:冲压生产工艺为汽车生产制造的四大工艺之首,冲压件的质量特别是大型冲压覆盖件的质量奠定了整车质量的基础。为了满足大批量生产的要求以及保证制件的稳定品质要求,越来越多汽车整车厂规划应用了大型高速自动化生产线。为了适应高速生产线的生产特性,探讨了冲压模具工艺、结构设计的要点以及厂内调试和提速生产的差异化策略。以冲压模具为栽体,充分发挥高速冲压生产线能力,使模具和设备能无缝衔接成一体。Stamping process is the first of the four major processes in automobile manufacturing.The quality of stamping parts,especially the quality of large stamping panels,lays the foundation of vehicle quality.In order to meet the requirements of mass production and ensure the stable quality of parts,more and more automobile manufacturers plan to use large-scale high-speed automatic production lines.In order to adapt to the production characteristics of high-speed production line,this paper will discuss the key points of stamping die process and structure design,as well as the differentiation strategy of factory debugging and speed-up production.Take the stamping die as the carrier,give full play to the capacity of high-speed stamping production line,so that the die and equipment can be seamlessly integrated.
