摘　　要：高寒高海拔地区公路隧道运营管理问题长期以来备受关注且亟需解决。为保证高寒高海拔地区公路隧道的安全运营,结合我省隧道运营管理的现状,探讨高寒高海拔地区公路隧道运营管理体系的构建,为今后类似地区隧道运营管理提供参考。The problem of highway tunnel in alpine and altitude region has been a major concern for a long time and needs to be solved urgently.In order to ensure the safe operation in alpine and altitude region,combined the status of highway tunnel operation management of Qinghai Province,explored the highway tunnel operation management system construction,will provide reference for future similar area tunnel operation management.
