“医养结合”背景下社区老年健身设施设计的问题与对策分析

摘　　要：我国老龄化趋势日益加剧,养老问题已经成为社会关注的焦点话题。随着"健康中国"概念的提出,人们对于健康的关注度日益加强,老年人也开始在社区进行一些健身活动,但当前的社区健身设施存在数量少、分布不合理、与老年人的医疗养护需求匹配度低等问题。文章梳理了"医养结合"养老新模式背景下社区健身设施存在的设计问题,并从提升"医养结合"资源匹配度、深度挖掘老年用户健身需求配置健身设施、高效规划健身设施的布局与科学强化健身设施的适老化设计四个层面提出现存问题解决的对策,以期能够为我国社区范围内的老年人进行健身活动提供有效的帮助。With the increasing aging trend in China, the pension issue has become a focus of social attention. The proposing of "Healthy China" is proposing people paying more and more attention to health. Community fitness facilities play an important role in community health care for the elderly. However, the current community fitness facilities have some limitations, such as small quantity, unreasonable distribution, mismatching with the medical care demands of the elderly, etc. The proposed paper analyzed some design problems of community’s fitness facilities under the background of the new model of "Combination of Medical and Nursing", and pointed out the countermeasures aiming to address those existing problems from four aspects in order to provide effective help for the elderly in our community to carry out fitness activities. The countermeasures were composed of "Improving the resource matching degree of "Combination of Medical and Nursing", excavating the fitness needs deeply of elderly users to match fitness facilities, efficiently planning the configuration and layout of fitness facilities and strengthening the aging design of fitness facilities scientifically."
