摘  要:基于泥磷烟气脱硝技术的实验研究,从双膜理论的气液传质动力学角度分析了泥磷烟气脱硝过程的气液传质动力学.根据泥磷吸收NO的特性,研究了在不同的反应温度(298.15~343.15 K)下,泥磷烟气脱硝过程中的气液传质系数、总传质系数等动力学参数随温度的变化情况,并计算了NO的气液传质阻力、增强因子.在动力学研究中,脱硝的传质过程是由双膜控制的,在反应温度范围内,NO的气液传质系数都随温度的升高而升高,但在343.15 K时降低.Based on the experimental investigation of sludge phosphorus flue gas denitrification,the gas-liquid mass transfer kinetics process of sludge phosphorus flue gas denitrification was analyzed from the perspective of gas-liquid mass transfer kinetics of double membrane theory.According to the characteristics of NO absorption by phosphorus sludge,the variation of gas-liquid mass transfer coefficient,total mass transfer coefficient and other kinetic parameters in the denitrification process of sludge phosphorus flue gas was investigated at different reaction temperatures(298.15~343.15 K).And the gas-liquid mass transfer resistance and enhancement factor of NO were calculated.In the kinetic exploration,the mass transfer process of NO removal was controlled by double membranes.In the range of reaction temperature,the gas-liquid mass transfer coefficient of NO increased with the increasing of temperature,but decreased at 343.15 K.
