摘 要:全面推进依法治国要求领导干部具备更高水平的法治素养。为此,需要对领导干部进行更具科学性、系统性和前瞻性的法治教育。T市从健全制度、活化载体、严格管理等方面对推进领导干部法治教育科学化进行了积极探索,但还存在着法治教育课程设置片面、法治教育对象覆盖面较窄、法治教育方式方法单一、法治教育目标取向有失偏颇以及法治教育效果评估简单化等问题。对此,应着眼于重构与优化课程设置,提升法治培训比重,精心安排教学内容;创新法治教育方式,拓宽法治教育渠道,实现法治教育有效渗透;转变法治教育理念,明确法治教育的基础性,保障性与发展性目标;完善法治教育效果评估机制,亮出法治教育效果考核硬标尺等方面进行健全和完善,从而提升领导干部法治教育科学化水平。Comprehensively promoting the rule of law requires l eading cadres to have a higher level of legal literacy.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out more scientific,systematic and forward-looking legal education for leading cadres.T city has actively explored to promote the scientific rule of law education for leading cadres from the aspects of improving the system,activating the carrier and strict management.However,there are still some problems,such as one-sided curriculum of rule of law education,narrow coverage of rule of law education objects,single ways and methods of rule of law education,biased goal orientation of rule of law education and simplified evaluation of the effect of rule of law education.Therefore,we should reconstruct and optimize the curriculum,enhance the proportion of rule of law training,carefully arrange the teaching content,innovate the way of rule of law education,broaden the channels of rule of law education,and realize the effective penetration of rule of law education;Change the concept of legal education and clarify the basic,guarantee and developmental objectives of legal education;Improve the evaluation mechanism of the effect of legal education and highlight the hard yardstick for the evaluation of the effect of legal education,so as to improve the scientific level of legal education for leading cadres.
