摘　　要：目的:优化黑膏药的制备工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以炼油时间、温度、蓖麻油与红丹比例及下丹反应时间为影响因素,通过综合质量指标考察,优化黑膏药的制备工艺。结果:黑膏药的最佳制备工艺为炼油时间40 min,温度220℃,蓖麻油与红丹比例2.4∶1,下丹反应时间4 min。结论:该工艺合理可行,稳定性好。Objective:To optimize the preparation process of black plaster.Methods:The orthogonal test method was used to optimize the preparation process of the black plaster with the refining time,temperature,t he ratio of castor oil and red lead and the reaction time of adding red lead as the influencing factors.The comprehensive quality index was investigated.Results:The best preparation process of black plaster was oil refining time 40 min,temperature 220℃,ratio of castor oil to red lead 2.4:1,and reaction time of adding red lead 4 min.Conclusion:The process is reasonable and feasible with good stability.
