基于CiteSpace的中医外治法治疗膝骨关节炎可视化分析

摘　　要：目的:分析近10年中医外治法治疗膝骨关节炎(KOA)的研究现状,挖掘其合作网络、研究热点和研究前沿。方法:在中国知网(CNKI)及万方数据库检索2011-2020年中医外治法治疗膝骨关节炎的中文文献,利用Note ExpressV软件查重、筛选、格式转换并导出,通过Excel 2013进行描述性统计分析,运用CiteSpace5.7.R1对纳入文献进行作者、机构共现分析,对关键词进行聚类分析和突现分析,绘制可视化知识图谱。结果:最终纳入4520篇文献,年均发文量452篇,年发文量相对稳定。机构发文量以大学及其附属医院占比高,主要研究机构有广州中医药大学、福建中医药大学、辽宁中医药大学。参与发文的基层医疗机构占1/3,但基层机构总发文量仅占1/5。存在多个机构和作者合作群,但合作群间联系不够紧密。分析获得9个关键词聚类和25个突现关键词,中医外治法治疗KOA的研究主要围绕针灸、推拿、温针灸治疗KOA的临床疗效展开,并随时间推移出现不同的研究热点;针对中医外治法治疗KOA探索其治疗机制并开展更为客观、科学的疗效评价是未来发展的方向。结论:中医外治法治疗KOA这一领域已形成多个研究力量、多种中医外治法共同发展的趋势,但跨机构、跨地区合作不足,且科研主要集中在临床研究,疗效评价和作用机制类研究较少。Objective:To analyze research status about the treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis(KOA)with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)external treatments in the past 10 years,to explore the cooperation network,research hotspots and frontier.Methods:Literature about the treatment of KOA with TCM external treatments from 2011 to 2020 were retrieved in CNKI and Wanfang database by computer.Note Express V software was used to remove duplicate literature,filter,format conversion and export,and then Excel 2013 was used to perform descriptive statistical analyses.Cite Space5.7.R1 was used to perform co-occurrence analysis for authors and institutions,cluster analysis and burst analysis for literature keywords.The relevant visual map was drawn.Results:A total of 4520 articles were included,and the annual volume of articles was relatively stable with an average annual volume of 452 articles.The volume of papers published by institutions mainly came from universities and their affiliated hospitals.The most important research institutions included Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine,Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The literature researched by basic medical units accounted for 1/5 of total research institutions although there were 1/3 institutions from basic medical units.Multiple institutions cooperation groups and author cooperation groups were found but cooperation between institutions or authors was not close enough.Totally nine typical clusters of keywords and 25 burst terms were formed,which indicated the main research topics about clinical studies of the treatments of acupuncture,massage and warming acupuncture and that there is a shift in research hotspots over time.It is the research direction in the future to explore the therapeutic mechanism a nd assess the effects scientifically and objectively of treatment of KOA with TCM external treatments.Conclusion:The research of this field has been developed with the formation of multiple research forces an
