基于“水气凌心”理论探析“肾心同治”在慢性肾心综合征中的临床运用

摘　　要：慢性肾心综合征属于中医学"水气病"范畴,目前中西医病理机制并不明确,从"阳虚水泛,水气凌心"理论中探讨慢性肾心综合征的病因病机,并通过运用真武汤、苓桂术甘汤等经方治疗本病,为"温阳利水、肾心同治"治疗慢性肾心综合征提供理论及临床依据。Chronic cardiorenal syndrome can be classified into"water Qi disease"in traditional Chinese medicine.However,its pathological mechanism still remained unclear to both traditional Chinese and western medicine.This paper explored the etiology and pathology of chronic cardiorenal syndrome from the theory of"edema due to yang insufficiency and water pathogen attacking heart".By using Zhenwu Decoction(真武汤),Linggui Zhugan Decoction(苓桂术甘汤)and other classical prescriptions to treated the disease,the paper had provided theoretical and clinical basis for the treatment of chronic renal heart syndrome based on the theory of"edema due to yang insufficiency and water pathogen attacking heart".
