不同水解抑制剂对纳米二氧化钛结构的影响

摘  要:以钛酸四丁酯为钛前驱体,乙酸、乙酰丙酮或三乙醇胺为水解抑制剂,采用改进的溶胶凝胶法于溶剂无水乙醇中合成纳米二氧化钛,通过热重、X-ray粉末衍射和扫描电镜对样品进行表征,考察不同抑制剂对二氧化钛晶型的影响.结果表明,向溶液中分别加入乙酸、乙酰丙酮或三乙醇胺后,三种抑制剂都可以有效地降低钛酸四丁酯的水解速率,对应的样品经过马弗炉450℃焙烧3 h,可得到粒径为9.2 nm、8.5 nm或7.2 nm的锐钛矿型二氧化钛.Tetrabutyl titanate was used as titanium precursor,and acetic acid,acetylacetone or triethanolamine were used as hydrolysis inhibitors.Nano-titanium oxide was synthesized by improved sol-gel method in solvent anhydrous ethanol.The samples were characterized by TG-DTG,XRD and SEM.The effects of different inhibitors on the crystal morphology of titanium oxide were investigated.The results show that when acetic acid,acetylacetone or triethanolamine were added into the solution,the hydrolysis rate of tetrabutyl titanate could be effectively reduced by the three inhibitors.The corresponding samples were calcined at 450℃for 3 h in Muffle furnace,and anatase type titanium dioxide with particle size of 9.2 nm,8.5 nm or 7.2 nm could be obtained respectively.
