摘 要:Nb_(3)Sn超导接头的制备工艺参数和条件对其性能有直接影响,获得有效的制备工艺参数对Nb_(3)Sn超导接头的可靠性具有重要的意义。虽然,采用烧结法制备Nb_(3)Sn超导接头行之有效,然而烧结法对工艺条件要求较高,受到球磨时长、压接压力、粉末配比、热处理时间等不同工况的影响。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对不同工艺条件下的样品进行物相分析和表面形貌的表征,并确定了烧结法制备Nb_(3)Sn超导接头的工艺参数。结果表明:球磨时间15 h, Nb:Sn:Cu摩尔质量比为3:1:1,压接压力为15 MPa,热处理时间为100 h时,最终制备所得超导接头样品与Nb_(3)Sn母材较为接近。The process parameters and conditions of the Nb_(3)Sn superconducting joint have a direct impact on its performance.It is of great significance to obtain reliable and effective preparation conditions for improving the reliability of the Nb_(3)Sn superconducting joint.Although the sintering method can be used to prepare Nb_(3)Sn superconducting joints, the method has higher requirements for process conditions, and it is affected by many factors such as ball milling time, crimping pressure, powder proportion and heat treatment time.In this paper, X-ray diffractometer(XRD) and scanning electron microscope(SEM) were used to conduct phase analysis and surface morphology characterization of samples under different process conditions, and the process parameters for preparing Nb_(3)Sn superconducting joints by sintering were determined.The results show that when the ball milling time is 15 h, the molar mass proportion of Nb: Sn: Cu is 3:1:1,the crimping pressure is 15 MPa, and the heat treatment time is 100 h, the final superconducting joint sample is closer to the Nb_(3)Sn base material.
