摘  要:为了拓宽形状记忆高分子材料聚(脲-氨酯)的形状记忆响应方式,向聚(脲-氨酯)基体中添加四氧化三铁纳米粒子和碳纳米管。为了改善四氧化三铁纳米粒子在基体中的分散性,对四氧化三铁纳米粒子进行了SiO_(2)包覆;为了避免碳纳米管在基体发生自聚,向碳纳米管表面引入异氰酸酯基团,从而使碳纳米管以化学键合的方式分散在基体中。通过对Fe_(3)O_(4)@SiO_(2)/HDI-CNTs/PUU纳米复合材料的结构、拉伸性能、形状记忆性能等的研究,结果表明,当Fe_(3)O_(4)@SiO_(2)添加量为5%,HDI-CNTs添加量为3%时,材料的综合性能较优。In order to broaden the shape memory response mode of poly (urea-urethane) shape memory polymer material,Fe_(3)O_(4) nanoparticles and carbon nanotubes were added into the poly (urea-urethane) matrix.In order to improve the dispersion of Fe_(3)O_(4) nanoparticles in the matrix,Fe_(3)O_(4) nanoparticles were coated with SiO_(2).In order to avoid the self-polymerization of carbon nanotubes in the matrix,the isocyanate groups were introduced on the surface of carbon nanotubes,so that the carbon nanotubes were dispersed in the matrix by chemical bonding.The structure,tensile properties and shape memory properties of Fe3O4@Si O2/HDI-CNTs/PUU nanocomposites were studied.The results show that the composite has better comprehensive properties when the addition amount of Fe_(3)O_(4)@SiO_(2) is 5%,and the addition amount of HDI-CNTs is 3%.
