摘 要:高分子分散液晶薄膜是一种液晶性功能材料,通过调节外加电场可以实现薄膜从散射态到透明态的切换。在材料中添加具有近红外吸收性能的氧化铟锡纳米粒子,可提高材料的近红外屏蔽性能。本文中我们选用具有近红外吸收特性的ITO纳米粒子,将其改性后掺杂到PDLC紫外聚合体系中,制备出具有近红外吸收特性的智能薄膜。这种方法将会进一步提高薄膜散射态时的隔热性能,又能使薄膜在透明态时也可以屏蔽掉绝大部分产热的近红外光,使其成为一个真正意义上节能的薄膜。Polymer dispersed liquid crystal(PDLC) films that consist of nematic liquid crystal molecules dispersed in a continuous polymer matrix are a kind of composite material. They can show transparent/opaque behaviors under electric field on/off states, respectively. The project aims to study the electro-optical properties of polymer dispersed liquid crystal which effect by the ITO nanoparticles with absorption behavior in the near infrared region. First, a series of inorganic nanoparticles with near infrared absorption property will be prepared and doped into the LC/photo-polymerization monomer mixture. Then, PDLC films were prepared by UV initiated polymerization method with suitable photo-polymerization monomers, and the electro-optical properties of the PDLC films doped with nanoparticles will be carefully investigated. This method will further improve the thermal insulation performance of the film in the scattering state, and also shield most of near infrared region in the transparent state. The PDLC films will be a real energy-saving film.
