摘  要:利用双-(γ-三乙氧基硅基丙基)四硫化物(Si-69)对白炭黑进行了干法改性并将改性白炭黑用于天然橡胶的补强。研究了不同热处理温度和热处理时间对天然橡胶/改性白炭黑硫化性能和物理机械性能的影响。结果表明,热处理温度为120℃时、热处理时间为8~10 min时,胶料的拉伸强度和撕裂强度等主要性能处于最佳水平。Si-69改性白炭黑后性能提升的主要原因是促进了白炭黑在橡胶基体中的分散,提升了橡胶-填料相互作用。The silica was dry-modified with bis-(γ-triethoxysilylpropyl)tetrasulfide(Si-69) and the modified silica was used to reinforce natural rubber. The effects of different heat treatment temperatures and heat treatment time on the vulcanization properties and physical and mechanical properties of natural rubber/modified silica were studied. The results show that the main properties such as tensile strength and tear strength of the vulcanizate are at the optimum level when the heat treatment temperature is 120 ℃ and the heat treatment time is 8~10 min. The main reason for the properties improvement is to promote the dispersion of silica in the rubber matrix and improve the rubber-filler interactions.
