水性胶粘剂中丙烯酰胺单体的检测方法研究

摘　　要：利用气相色谱衍生化研究了水性胶粘剂中丙烯酰胺单体的分析方法,以30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm,DB-WAX;色谱柱为分离柱,以氮气为载气进行梯程序升温,进行溴衍生化反应后紫外照射20分钟,用电子捕获检测器进行检测,外标法峰面积定量。工作曲线线性良好,方法检出限0.01μg/L,丙烯酰胺回收率在98.2%~99.5%之间,相对标准偏差在1.05%~1.26%之间,说明该方法的回收率均较好,并对市售的6件样品进行丙烯酰胺单体测定。The analytical method of acrylamide monomer in aqueous adhesive was studied by gas chromatography derivatization 30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm, DB-WAX;The chromatographic column was used as the separation column, and nitrogen was used as the carrier gas for ladder temperature programmed. After bromine derivatization reaction, it was irradiated with ultraviolet for 20 minutes, detected with electron capture detector, and the peak area was quantified by external standard method. The linearity of the working curve is good, and the detection limit of the method is 0.01 μg/L, the recovery of acrylamide is between 98.2 %~99.5 %, and the relative standard deviation is between 1.05 %~1.26 %, indicating that the recovery of this method is good. Acrylamide monomer was determined on 6 commercial samples.
