摘  要:介绍采用炼油污水回用水作为工业循环冷却水系统的补水水源的应用案例,纳尔科公司应用独创的新无磷方案并结合在线自动监测及加药系统3D TRASAR技术,对此循环水系统进行缓蚀阻垢和杀菌剥离处理,在循环水系统受到工艺介质持续微漏和回用水水质波动等因素的冲击下,也能够将系统腐蚀和结垢等风险控制在良好的水平。Nalco Water new generation none-phosphorous solution has been successfully applied to the recirculation cooling water system of a crude refinery plant, which is using oily reused water as the make-up. The robustness of novel chemical program combined with the outstanding control capability of Nalco 3 D TRASAR on-line monitor and dosing system together has ensured system in an excellent condition. Under the stress of process contamination and utility variation,Nalco Water’s new generation none-phosphorous program has proven an excellent treatment performance.
