摘 要:高水头、大容量混流可逆式机组由于运行工况复杂多变,推力轴承是整个机组的核心,在机电安装中对推力轴承的设计、安装工艺都有较高的要求,本文就惠州抽水蓄能电站推力轴承的结构特点进行分析,并根据其特点就安装工艺和质量控制点作重点介绍,同时对安装过程中遇到的问题进行分析并修正了安装工艺,可供同类推力轴承安装参考。Due to the complex and changeable operating conditions of the high-head and large-capacity mixed-flow reversible unit,the thrust bearing is the core of the unit,and there are higher requirements for the design and installation technology of the thrust bearing in the electromechanical installation.This paper analyzes the structural characteristics of the thrust bearing of Huizhou Pumped Storage Power Station,and focuses on the installation technology and quality control points according to its characteristics.At the same time,the problems encountered in the installation process are analyzed and the installation process is modified,which can be used as a reference for the installation of similar thrust bearings.
