林业科研机构科技管理的树图分析

摘　　要：科技管理是科技创新的基础。本文以服务对象为主要类别构建林业科研机构科技管理的树图,通过按照"主题-主要类别-组成要素-子要素"等层次细化科技管理行为,并通过逆向考问补充验证。最后结合科技管理活动的实施者科研管理人员的素质需求,分析科技管理过程中可能存在的问题并提出改革措施。Science and technology management is the foundation of scientific and technological innovation.In this paper,tree graph of science and technology management in forestry scientific research institution with service objects as the main category was built,with the hierarchical refinement of science and technology management behaviors by theme-main categories-components-elements.The scientism and integrity of the tree graph was also verified by reverse questioned.Combined with the quality requirements of the management staffs,the possible problems and reform measures during forestry science and technology management was proposed.
