银杏蜜环口服溶液治疗全聋型突发性聋的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨银杏蜜环口服溶液治疗全聋型突发性聋患者的临床疗效。方法抽取郑州人民医院耳鼻喉科2017年6月至2020年6月接受治疗的68例全聋型突发性聋患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组34例。对照组给予常规药物治疗(甲泼尼龙+巴曲酶+鼠神经生长因子);治疗组在常规药物治疗基础上,给予银杏蜜环口服溶液,疗程均为12 d。比较两组患者临床治疗效果及C-反应蛋白(CRP)、血小板凝血酶受体(PAR)指标水平的变化情况。结果对照组听力治疗有效率(64.71%)低于治疗组的85.29%(P=0.048),对照组耳鸣治疗有效率(70.59%)低于治疗组的91.18%(P=0.031)。两组治疗后CRP、PAR水平较治疗前降低(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组的CRP、PAR水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论银杏蜜环口服溶液治疗全聋型突发性聋,能降低患者CRP、PAR指标水平,提高临床治疗效果,改善耳鸣症状及听力,安全性好。Objective To investigate the effect of ginkgo leaf extract and armillariella mellea powders oral solution on total-deafness type of sudden hearing loss.Methods A total of 68 cases of patients with total-deafness type of sudden hearing loss treated in Zhengzhou People’s Hospital from June 2017 to June 2020 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group according to the random number table methods,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was given routine drug therapy(methylprednisolone,batroxobin and mouse nerve growth factor).In the treatment group,ginkgo leaf extract and armillariella mellea powders oral solution was given on the basis of conventional drug therapy,and the course of treatment was 12 days.The clinical treatment effect and the changes of C reactive protein(CRP)and protease activated receptor(PAR)were compared between the two groups.Results The effectiveness of hearing therapy of the control group(64.71%)was lower than 85.29%in the treatment group(P=0.048),and the effectiveness of tinnitus therapy of the control group(70.59%)was lower than 91.18%in the treatment group(P=0.031).The levels of CRP and PAR in both groups were lower after treatment than before(P<0.05).The levels of CRP and PAR in the treatment group decreased compared with those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Ginkgo leaf extract and armillariella mellea powders oral solution in the treatment of total-deafness type of sudden hearing loss can reduce the level of CRP and PAR,significantly improve the clinical treatment effect of patients,improve the hearing,provide reliable clinical data for the clinical treatment of total-deafness type sudden hearing loss.
