从“奇之不去则偶之”探讨经方组方思路

摘　　要：《伤寒论》的理法源于《黄帝内经》,经方的组方思想亦杂糅在《黄帝内经》诸多理论学说之中。为深入解析经方的组方思想,研究分析《黄帝内经》里中医“奇偶”概念的流传与应用及奇偶方制的意义。认为“奇之不去则偶之”一句所示临证组方变化的内涵对经方的组方思路有重要指导作用,实为《伤寒论》经方辨证论治核心思维的先驱。经方组方思路之灵活变通性,受《黄帝内经》“奇之不去则偶之”一句影响,主要体现在治疗方向、方效偏全、药力大小以及反佐法的应用四个方面,并可基于六经辨证在临床中变通使用。The theory and method of Treatise on Cold Damage originated from Huangdi’s Canon of Internal Medicine,and the idea of formulating classic formulas was also mixed in many theories of Huangdi’s Canon of Internal Medicine.In order to make a deep analysis of the idea of formulating classic formulas,this paper analyzes the spread and application of the concept of“odd and even”in Huangdi’s Canon of Internal Medicine and the significance of the system of odd and even formulas,and points out that the connotation of the change of the formulating idea in clinical syndromes shown in the sentence“if odd formula cannot cure the disease,even formula can be used”has an important guiding role in the idea of formulating classic formulas,which is actually the pioneer of the core thinking of syndrome differentiation and treatment of formulas in the Treatise on Cold Damage.The flexibility of the idea of formulating classic formulas is influenced by the sentence“if odd formula cannot cure the disease,even formula can be used”in Huangdi’s Canon of Internal Medicine,which is mainly reflected in four aspects:the treatment direction,efficacy of formulas,the strength of medicine and the using corrigent,and can be used flexibly in clinic based on syndrome differentiation according to six meridians.
