摘　　要：中风脑髓的损伤是受损神经功能迁延难复的关键。长期以来,中风的治疗多着眼于气血调治,缺乏对髓的治法研究。本文基于中风髓伤的病机分析,提出了中风治髓五要法,即填精补髓、温阳活髓、化浊固髓、降逆护髓、升清用髓,旨在为中风治法和方药研究提供新的参考。Stroke causes brain and marrow damage,which is the key to the prolonged and difficult recovery of damaged nerve function.However,for a long time,the treatment in the stroke mainly focuses on the regulation of qi and blood,and there is a lack of study on the treatment of marrow.Based on the analysis of the pathogenesis of marrow injury,this paper puts forward five key methods for treating the marrow of stroke:namely supplementing essence and replenishing marrow,warming yang and activating marrow,resolving turbidity and consolidating marrow,descending counterflow of qi and protecting marrow,ascending lucidity and restoring marrow function,so as to provide a new and useful reference for the treatment and prescription study in the stroke.
