自制润肤油膏外涂配合中药内服治疗斑块型 银屑病(血瘀证)的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨自制润肤油膏外涂配合中药内服治疗斑块型银屑病(血瘀证)的疗效。方法选取该院于2019年2月-2020年7月收治的84例斑块型银屑病(血瘀证)患者作为研究对象,采用随机数法将其分成对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组采取常规西药进行治疗,观察治疗后结果。观察组采取自制润肤油膏外涂配合银屑灵膏进行治疗,观察治疗后效果。对于两组患者,比较治疗前后皮损积分情况及不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗后皮损面积(1.34±0.08)分、丘疹(1.82±0.05)分、红斑(1.72±0.84)分、瘙痒(1.75±0.03)分,均低于对照组皮损面积(3.34±0.08)分、丘疹(3.63±0.08)分、红斑(3.01±1.03)分、瘙痒(3.04±0.99)分),差异有统计学意义(t=114.560、124.330、6.290、8.441,P<0.001),治疗后观察组出现厌食、恶心、皮肤瘙痒、肌肉疼痛、腹痛不良反应总发生率为7.14%,低于对照组33.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.924,P<0.05)。结论该润肤药膏为自治润肤药膏,使用过程中将自制润肤油膏外涂配合中药内服用于治疗斑块型银屑病(血瘀证)的疗效显著,可有效降低患者皮肤损伤积分,促进身体恢复,减少治疗后不良反应发生情况。Objective To explore the effect of external application of homemade emollient ointment combined with oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of plaque psoriasis(blood stasis syndrome).Methods A total of 84 patients with plaque psoriasis(blood stasis syndrome)who were admitted and treated in the hospital from February 2019 to July 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,including 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the results after treatment were observed.The observation group took self-made moisturizing ointment externally coated with Yinxieling ointment for treatment and observed the effect after treatment.For the two groups of patients,the skin lesion scores before and after treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared.Results After treatment,the area of skin lesions in the observation group was(1.34±0.08)points,papules(1.82±0.05)points,erythema(1.72±0.84)points,and itching(1.75±0.03)points,all of which were lower than those in the control group(3.34±0.08)points,papules(3.63±0.08)points,erythema(3.01±1.03)points,pruritus(3.04±0.99)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=114.560,124.330,6.290,8.441,P<0.001).After treatment,the observation group had anorexia,nausea,skin itching,muscle pain,and abdominal pain.The total incidence of adverse reactions was 7.14%,which was lower than 33.33%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.924,P<0.05).Conclusion This moisturizing ointment is an autonomous moisturizing ointment.In the process of use,external application of homemade moisturizing ointment combined with oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of plaque psoriasis(blood stasis syndrome)has a significant effect;it can effectively reduce the patient's skin damage score;promote body recovery;reduce adverse reactions after treatme
