摘  要:目的探究微创经皮钢板固定术联合锁定加压钢板对胫腓骨中下段骨折患者骨折愈合及关节功能的影响。方法选取2019年1月-2020年1月该院收治的胫腓骨中下段骨折患者80例进行研究,分为参照组40例与研究组40例,参照组应用传统切开复位内固定治疗,研究组应用微创经皮钢板固定术联合锁定加压钢板治疗,对比创口长度、术中出血量、住院时间、治疗效果、骨折愈合时间。结果研究组创口长度(13.52±3.28)cm、术中出血量(27.98±12.09)mL、住院时间(10.26±2.45)d均优于参照组的,差异有统计学意义(t=18.640、12.565、8.584,P<0.05);研究组骨折愈合良好率(95%)优于参照组80%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.114,P<0.05);研究组骨折愈合时间(3.41±1.12)个月优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.045,P<0.05)。结论胫腓骨中下段骨折患者实施微创经皮钢板固定术联合锁定加压钢板治疗,有效减少术中出血量,创伤小,且改善关节功能,促进骨折愈合,缩短治疗时间,治疗效果显著,可广泛应用于临床。Objective To explore the effect of minimally invasive percutaneous plate fixation combined with locking compression plate on fracture healing and joint function of patients with middle and lower tibia and fibula fractures.Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,80 patients with fractures of the middle and lower segments of the tibia and fibula were selected in the hospital for the study.They were divided into a study group of 40 cases and a study group of 40 cases.The reference group was treated with traditional open reduction and internal fixation,the research group applied minimally invasive percutaneous plate fixation combined with locking compression plate treatment to compare wound length,intraoperative blood loss,hospital stay,treatment effect,and fracture healing time.Results The length of wound in the study group(13.52±3.28)cm,intraoperative blood loss(27.98±12.09)mL,and hospitalization time(10.26±2.45)d were better than those in the reference group.The difference was statistically significant(t=18.640,12.565,8.584,P<0.05);the fracture healing rate of the study group(95%)was better than that of the reference group by 80%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.114,P<0.05);the fracture healing time of the study group was(3.41±1.12)months better than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.045,P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive percutaneous plate fixation combined with locking compression plate treatment for patients with middle and lower tibia and fibula fractures can effectively reduce intraoperative blood loss,reduce trauma,improve joint function,promote fracture healing,and shorten treatment time.The treatment effect is significant.It is widely used in clinical practice.
