左炔诺孕酮宫内节育器对子宫内膜息肉宫腔镜术后患者的影响

摘　　要：目的探究子宫内膜息肉宫腔镜术后采用左炔诺孕酮宫内节育器的效果。方法将2019年1月-2020年10月在该院接受治疗的65例子宫内膜息肉患者视为研究对象,以随机数表法分为两组,均行子宫内膜息肉宫腔镜手术,术后观察组放置左炔诺孕酮宫内节育器,对照组口服炔诺酮,对比两组手术前后子宫内膜厚度、月经量变化情况、不良反应发生情况以及复发率。结果观察组术后3个月、术后6个月以及术后12个月时的子宫内膜厚度分别为(7.15±1.08)、(6.15±0.48)、(5.12±0.18)mm,均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=18.799、33.288、59.447,P<0.05);观察组术后3个月、术后6个月以及术后12个月时的月经量分别为(85.12±3.18)、(62.15±2.08)、(52.15±1.03)mL,均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=13.233、30.280、38.027,P<0.05)。结论子宫内膜息肉宫腔镜术后采用左炔诺孕酮宫内节育器的效果理想。Objective To explore the effect of levonorgestrel intrauterine device after hysteroscopy for endometrial polyps.Methods The 65 patients with endometrial polyps who were treated in the hospital from January 2019 to October 2020 were regarded as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to a random number table,and all underwent hysteroscopic surgery for endometrial polyps.Levonorgestrel intrauterine device was placed in the observation group after operation,and norethindrone was taken in the control group.The changes in endometrial thickness,menstrual volume,adverse reactions and recurrence rates were compared between the two groups before and after surgery.Results The endometrial thickness of the observation group at 3 months,6 months and 12 months after surgery were(7.15±1.08)mm,(6.15±0.48)mm,and(5.12±0.18)mm,respectively,less than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=18.799,33.288,59.447,P<0.05);the menstrual volume of the observation group at 3 months after surgery,6 months after surgery and 12 months after surgery were(85.12±3.18)mL,(62.15±2.08)mL,(52.15±1.03)mL,were smaller than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=13.233,30.280,38.027,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of using levonorgestrel intrauterine device after hysteroscopy for endometrial polyps is ideal.
