摘  要:四川盆地拟建的铜锣峡储气库的储层为碳酸盐岩,含H2S且储层裂缝发育,为典型的“裂缝型”储气库,在国内尚属首次建设,给钻井和固井质量提出了更高要求,防漏失是储气库建设过程中的重中之重。通过精细描述地层钻井必封点、优化储层专打井身结构、采用可酸溶防漏堵漏技术和抗硫气密封扣套管及韧性水泥浆固井工艺等技术措施,形成了极富特色的铜锣峡储气库钻井工程方案。主要体现在:①二开套管封隔下侏罗统自流井组以避开上部地层漏失,避免喷漏同存,实现下部地层安全钻进,而三开套管封隔高压水层有利于实现下部储层段的储层专打;②碳酸盐岩储层裂缝发育,存在极大的储层污染风险,通过采用可酸溶纤维防漏堵漏技术提高地层承压能力,有效减少钻井过程中的储层漏失;③抗硫气密封扣套管及韧性水泥浆固井工艺,能够增加水泥浆弹性,去除水泥环与套管间的微环隙,使其长期具有防窜能力,提高水泥石韧性,满足储气库注采井长期注采要求。As one typical fractured underground gas storage(UGS)to be constructed in China for the first time,Tongluoxia UGS in Sichuan Basin will be rebuilt from H2S-bearing carbonate reservoirs well developed with fractures.Its construction will bring about higher requirement on drilling and cementing quality,especially leakage protection.So,distinctive drilling engineering schemes were designed for this UGS,including fine description on necessary sealing points during drilling,casing-programme optimization in reservoir intervals,acid soluble anti-leak and plugging techniques,casing with anti-H2S sealing buckle,and cementing with ductile cement slurry.Details are as follows,(1)Ziliujing Formation is separated by two spudding to avoid circulation loss and blowout in overlying formations and ensure safe drilling in underlying ones.Whereas some high-pressure aquifers through three spudding are favorable for drilling underlying reservoirs;(2)in the carbonate reservoirs developed with fractures,where there is large contamination risk,anti-leak and plugging techniques with acid soluble fibers are used to enhance their formation-pressure resistance and significantly reduce circulation loss;and(3)to use casing with anti-H2S sealing buckle and ductile cement slurry can increase cement elasticity and ductility as well as eliminate micro-annulus between cement mantles and casing for long-term anti-channeling and long-term injection and production.
