摘 要:目前低渗、致密油气藏已成为勘探开发的重要对象,尽管我国该类油气资源丰富,但普遍埋藏较深、地质条件复杂、开发难度较大。为有效开发这些难动用油气资源,历经10余年的室内研究和现场试验,逐步形成了较为完善的储层氮气钻井工艺和配套装备,拥有地层适应性评价技术、钻井优化设计技术、井斜控制技术、一体化集中监控技术、氮气钻井井控技术、不压井起下钻技术、氮气钻储层完井技术、井下复杂处理技术等8项特色技术,在保障氮气钻井安全实施的基础上,最大限度地获得储层的原始产能。应用该系列特色技术,2005年以来在川渝大塔场、荷包场、广安地区、新疆塔里木、青海柴达木以及吉林英台等区块实施储层氮气钻井80余井,有效提高了单井产能,使得塔里木高压低渗敏感性储层取得重大勘探突破,同时也成为大塔场构造开发的必用技术,为实现难动用油气藏的效益开发提供了技术支撑。At present,some low-permeability,and tight oil and gas reservoirs become the important exploration and development domains in China.Despite abundant resources,their development suffers from challenges due to deep buried depth and complicated geologic conditions.For sake of effective development of such resources hard to be produced,8 special techniques designed for nitrogen drilling were developed after more than 10-year experimental study and field test,including formation adaptability evaluation,drilling design optimization,deviation control,integrated centralized monitoring,well control for nitrogen drilling,tripping without well killing,completion after nitrogen drilling,and downhole complexity treatment.After their application,the initial deliverability could be maximized provided that safe nitrogen drilling was guaranteed.Since 2005,these techniques have been applied to more than 80 wells in Datachang,Hebaochang,and Guang’an areas in Sichuan-Chongqing,Tarim block in Xinjiang,Qaidam block in Qinghai,and Yingtai block in Jilin,and significantly improved per-well deliverability,in particular making huge exploration breakthrough in high-pressure,high-permeability,and high-senstivity reservoirs in Tarim and becoming essential for the development of Datachang structure,which may provide some technical support for efficient development of oil and gas reservoirs hard to be produced.
