摘 要:基于中国石油西南油气田公司近60年的建设发展和近10年来老气田地面系统调整优化的经验,围绕“充分利用井口压能、充分利用已建能力”,以气井压力变化为基础,总结了地面系统在气田开发中后期不同阶段所面临的问题和相应的调整思路。并通过不同阶段优化调整对策的分析,形成了一套适用于不同阶段的地面集输工艺调整优化模式。①在气田稳产期末,实施气田内部老井增压和新老井高低压分输,保障气田稳产;②在气田递减期,富余装置采取关停并转和优化调配,提升负荷率,管网实施整体降压,节省能耗;③在低压小产期,进行增压机组工况改造、管网统筹协调以及低压气就近销售,减少低压低产井能耗,从而尽可能提高气田采收率。通过地面集输系统的整体分析和统筹调整,实现了地面集输系统优化改造的整体性和系统性。从应用效果看,该调整优化模式具有普遍适用性,可指导处于开发中后期的气田地面系统优化,降低生产综合成本,对提质增效具有现实意义。Based on over 60-year development of PetroChina Southwest Oil&Gasfield Company and the latest 10-year experience on surface gathering system optimization in old gasfields,some challenges and adjustment solutions on this system during the middle and late stage of field development were summed up in accordance with pressure change in gas wells,which focused on making the most of wellhead pressure energy and established productivity.And a portfolio of modes for the system optimization at different stages was formulated by the analysis on strategy adjustment.The modes include(1)pressure boost for aging wells and to separate transportation at different pressure for aging and new wells to ensure stable gas output at the end of stable production period,(2)shutdown and suspend operation along with optimized deployment of surplus equipment to improve load rate and overall pressure drawdown for pipelines to reduce energy consumption at the stage of production decline,and(3)transformation of booster sets,overall coordination of the pipelines,and low-pressure gas marketing nearby to reduce energy consumption in low-pressure and low-yield wells and improve recovery efficiency as much as possible at the stage of low pressure and low yield.Based on overall analysis and adjustment,the surface gathering system could be systematically optimized as a whole.The adjusting and optimizing modes are also feasible for gasfields at the middle and late development stages to reduce production cost and improve quality and efficiency.
