摘 要:介绍了国内首次从动力学试验角度对直升机在结构维修后的结构一致性和动力学匹配性进行评估的测试方法和评估过程。以模态分析为主要手段,结合振动水平测试验证,在模态试验设计、试验方法、结果分析等方面全面阐述了动力学试验在直升机结构维修中的应用方法。文末对直升机结构维修中的动力学问题进行了分析总结,在该类问题研究上具备一定的参考价值。This paper introduced the test method and evaluation process of structural consistency and dynamic matching of helicopter structures after maintenance from the perspective of dynamics experiments conducted for the first time.Taking modal analysis as the main means,combined with vibration level test,this paper expounded the application examples of dynamics test in helicopter structure maintenance from the aspects of model test design,test methods,test result analysis,and analyzed the effect of this method.At the end of this paper,the problems of helicopter structure maintenance dynamics were analyzed and summarized,which had certain reference value in the research of such problems.
