摘  要:目的探讨新冠肺炎疫情期间ICU病房安全有效探视管理模式。方法跟据新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控方案要求,采用手机微信视频与时间预约相结合,制定预约式云探视管理模式,完成240例家属对患者的探视。结果患者家属对护理工作的满意度由78.9%提高到91.94%,患者谵妄发生率为16.92%。结论预约式云探视模式符合新冠肺炎疫情期间的陪护管理制度,满足患者及家属的心理需求,有利于患者疾病的治疗和康复,提高患者家属的满意度,降低ICU患者谵妄的发生率。Objective To explore a safe and effective visiting management mode in ICU ward during regular prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemic.Methods According to the requirements of COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control scheme,appointment cloud visitationmode was developed based on WeChat video chat in combination withappointment scheduling,and 240 patients'family members visited the patients.Results Satisfaction of patients'family members with nursing work increased from 78.9%to 91.94%and the incidence of delirium in patients was 16.92%.Conclusions The appointed cloud visitation mode conforms to the care management system during the COVID-19 epidemic,which meets the psychological needs of patients and their family members.It is conducive to the treatment and rehabilitation of patients,improves the satisfaction of patients’family members,and reduces the incidence of delirium in ICU patients.
