摘 要:针对煤矿井下防爆无轨胶轮车排放等级不断提升,阻火器及尾气后处理增加防爆柴油机排气背压的问题,对不同间隙的阻火器的阻火性能进行理论分析和试验研究。以煤炭行业标准为基础,对间隙为0.8~1.4 mm阻火器的阻火性能以及压力损失进行试验。试验结果表明,在阻火器厚度为50 mm的情况下,阻火器在阻火间隙为1 mm时,阻火成功。通过增大阻火器间隙对提升防爆柴油机的排放性能以及动力性能具有参考意义。According to the problem that the emission level of flame-proof diesel vehicle with the rubber wheels for the mine is continuously improved,and the exhaust back pressure of flame-proof diesel engine is increased by flame arrester and tail gas post-treatment,the capability of flame arresters with different gaps is theoretically analyzed and experimentally studied.Based on the coal industry standard,the capability of flame and pressure loss of flame arrester with clearance of 0.8~1.4 mm were tested.The experimental results showed that the thickness of the flame arrester was 50 mm and the flame arrester gap was 1 mm,the flame arrester can successfully stop the fire.By increasing the gap of flame arrester,it had reference significance to improve the emission performance and dynamic performance of explosion-proof diesel engine.
