摘　　要：为提高现场处理采煤机齿轮箱异响问题的效率,根据采煤机齿轮箱由齿轮和轴承引起的异响特征进行了分类,分析了这些异响产生的主要原因,并结合实例,提出了现场快速判断与处理异响问题的方法。通过对装配车间近一年的实践数据对比分析,采用本方法后,采煤机齿轮箱异常声响问题的处理时间大幅降低,生产效率提高15%;该方法可为生产与使用现场快速处理此类问题提供参考。In order to improve the efficiency of the abnormal sound of shearer gearbox in-site processing,the types of abnormal sound caused by gears and bearings in shearer gearbox were classified,and the main reasons of these abnormal sounds were analyzed,which combined with examples,how to judge quickly and deal with these abnormal sounds in the field was put forward.Through the comparison of the practical data of the assembly workshop for nearly one year,the process time of the abnormal sounds of the shearer gearbox was greatly reduced,and the production efficiency increased by 15%.The method could provide references for the production and application on handling these problems quickly.
