摘　　要：近年来,涡流式防爆柴油机因其体积小、排放低、燃油经济性好等特点,广泛应用在无轨辅助运输车辆上,为解决其冷启动困难和低温启动后排放不达标问题,按照防爆要求,设计了双线制隔爆型电热塞,解决了耐高温、耐高压、抗高频振动的结构,并研制了装配工艺和装备。通过台架和工业性试验,结果表明该电热塞能满足要求,且性能可靠,具有广泛的推广意义。In recent years,eddy current explosion-proof diesel engine has been widely used in trackless auxiliary transport vehicles because of its small size,low emission and good fuel economy.In order to solve the problem of difficult cold start and substandard emission after low temperature start,according to the explosion-proof requirements,a double wire flame-proof electric plug is designed,and the structure,assembly process and high-frequency vibration resistance of high-temperature,high-pressure and high-frequency vibration are developed Equipment.Through the bench test and industrial test,the results show that the glow plug can meet the requirements,and the performance is reliable,which has a wide application significance.
