摘  要:脊髓损伤是一种严重的中枢神经系统损伤,其修复成为医学领域一个重要课题。该研究对脊髓损伤修复领域专利的技术研发趋势、主要研发力量、研究热点和核心专利等进行深入分析,以期揭示该领域专利研发格局,为我国脊髓损伤修复技术攻关及宏观决策提供支撑。研究发现,脊髓损伤修复领域共有专利723项,主要涉及脊髓损伤药物开发、利用细胞和/或生物材料进行损伤修复等研究。2001年以来,细胞修复和生物材料相关专利逐渐增多。中国和美国是脊髓损伤修复领域的主要研发国家。在药物开发和细胞修复方面,美国申请的专利最多;在生物材料方面,中国申请的专利最多。欧美国家持有大部分核心专利,中国仅持有1项核心专利。Spinal cord injury is a serious central nervous system injury, and its repair has become an important topic in the medical field. This study conducts an in-depth analysis of the development trend, main R&D strength, research hotspots and core patents of the field of patent technology, reveals the pattern of patent R&D in this field, and provides support for the research and macro decision-making of my country’s spinal cord injury repair technology. The analysis results are: There are 723 patents in the field of spinal cord injury repair around the world, mainly related to the development of spinal cord injury drugs and the use of cells and/or biological materials for injury repair. Since 2001, patents related to cell repair and biomaterials have gradually increased. China and the United States are the main countries in the field of spinal cord injury repair. In the field of drug development and cell repair, the United States has applied for the most patents;in the field of biomaterials, China has applied for the most patents. European and American countries hold most of the core patents, while China holds only one core patent.
