摘　　要：文章针对柴油主机曲轴因温度过热造成烧裂的现象,从故障判断到制定详细的修理工艺方案,到现场施工的具体过程,进行了详细描述,提供了曲轴修理测得的各项数据并进行分析;在修理过程中机加工及现场测量相配合,解决了该主机曲轴所存在的问题,证明了为柴油主机制定的曲轴修理工艺的合理性和正确性。The article aimed at the repair of the ship's main engine crankshaft caused by overheating and cracking.From troubleshooting to elaboration of detailed repair process.The data of the crankshaft are also provided and analyzed.Detailed description of the specific process of site construction.In the process of repair,using machining and field measurement methods,solve the problem of the crankshaft.The rationality and correctness of the crankshaft repair process are proved.
