摘　　要：迭部林区林木种苗经营发展经历了由森工采伐时期到天然林资源保护工程的转变,经历了我国由计划经济向市场经济的转型,属于国有林区林木种苗产业发展的缩影,具有一定的代表性。文章以白龙江林业管理局迭部生态建设局林木种苗经营发展为例,对国有林区林木种苗业发展存在的经营定位不准确、管理体制僵硬、建设资金不足等问题进行分析并提出发展思路。The article takes the management and development of forest tree seedlings of the Diebu Ecological Construction Bureau of Bailongjiang Forestry Administration as an example,analyzes the problems of inaccurate management positioning,rigid management system,and insufficient construction funds in the development of forest tree seedlings in state-owned forest areas,and proposes development ideas.
