摘  要:采用对苯乙烯磺酸钠(SSS)和改性SiO_(2)替代常规非反应型乳化剂,苯乙烯(St)、丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为单体,通过半连续种子乳液预乳化法制备丙烯酸类聚合物微球(PSAC)。探究了单体配比、乳化剂用量对纳米微球粒径、玻璃化温度、电位、黏度、亲水性及稳定性等性能的影响,其结构经FT-IR、TEM及SEM等确证,抗CO_(2)腐性能同时进行初步探讨。The acrylic polymer microspheres(PSAC)were prepared by semi-continuous seeded emulsion polymerization using sodium styrene sulfonate(SSS)and modified SiO_(2) instead of conventional non reactive emulsifier,styrene(St),hydroxyethyl acrylate(HEA)and methyl methacrylate(MMA)as monomers.The effects of monomer ratio and emulsifier dosage on the particle size,glass transition temperature,potential,viscosity,hydrophilicity and stability of nanospheres were investigated.The structure and CO_(2) corrosion resistance of PSAC were investigated by FT-IR,TEM and SEM respectively.
