摘 要:目前我国大多数煤矿企业仍然是设备类型多样,多种网络协议控制共存的情况,难以实现集中及远程监管,系统的运行和维护管理仍是传统人工操作,发现问题、诊断分析、及故障处理效率比较低。基于WINCC软件,综合运用以太网技术和OPC等多种接口互联技术对某煤矿企业生产系统进行改造,将多种不同系统集中在以太网平台上,通过Web Navigator提供的网络发布功能,实现了企业远程监控诊断与智能运维,通过实际运行发现系统稳定可靠,实时性和网络刷新率及故障处理速度明显提高。At present,most coal mining enterprises are still in a variety of equipment types,and multiple network protocols control coexistence.It is difficult to achieve centralized and remote supervision.The operation and maintenance management of the system is still a traditional manual operation.Problem discovery,diagnostic analysis,and troubleshooting efficiency It is relatively low.Based on WINCC software,this article comprehensively uses a variety of interface interconnection technologies such as Ethernet technology and OPC to transform the production system of a coal mine enterprise,concentrates a variety of different systems on the Ethernet platform,and provides network publishing functions through the Web Navigator,Realized remote monitoring and diagnosis and intelligent operation and maintenance of the enterprise.Through actual operation,the system was found to be stable and reliable,and the real-time performance,network refresh rate and fault processing speed were significantly improved.
