摘 要:选择4A、5A、13X、13X-APG和JLOX-500这5种沸石分子筛作为研究对象,利用气体吸附实验对其进行性能研究。介绍实验装置的组成和流程、实验方法及操作步骤、实验指标的计算方法。通过静态吸附CO_(2)气体、动态吸附CO_(2)和CH_(4)混合气体的实验方式,对比分析5种沸石分子筛的吸附脱碳性能,并对其循环使用性能进行实验验证。结果表明:在25℃、0~4 MPa下,相比于4A和5A这2种A型沸石分子筛,JLOX-500、13X和13X-APG这3种X型沸石分子筛对CO_(2)气体的静态吸附能力更强。在25℃、4 MPa下,5种沸石分子筛动态吸附CO_(2)体积分数为3%的CO_(2)和CH_(4)混合气体时,JLOX-500沸石分子筛对CO_(2)的吸附量达到4.02 mol/kg,分离系数达到59.95,均高于另外4种沸石分子筛,动态吸附脱碳性能最好。JLOX-500沸石分子筛在280℃高温再生条件下重复使用时,吸附脱碳性能稳定,具有良好的循环利用性能。Five kinds of zeolite molecular sieves,4A,5A,13X,13X-APG and JLOX-500,are selected as the research objects,and their performance is studied by gas adsorption experiments.The composition and process of the experimental device,the experimental methods and operation steps,and the calculation method of the experimental indexes are introduced.Through the experimental methods of static adsorption of CO_(2)gas and dynamic adsorption of CO_(2)and CH_(4)mixed gas,the adsorption and decarburization performance of five kinds of zeolite molecular sieves are compared and analyzed,and their recycling performance is verified.The results show that at 25℃and 0 to 4 MPa,compared with the two A-type zeolite molecular sieves,4A and 5A,the three X-type zeolite molecular sieves JLOX-500,13X and 13X-APG have stronger static adsorption capacity for CO_(2)gas.At 25℃and 4 MPa,when 5 kinds of zeolite molecular sieves dynamically adsorb a CO_(2)and CH_(4)mixed gas with a CO_(2)volume fraction of 3%,the adsorption capacity of JLOX-500 zeolite molecular sieve for CO_(2)reaches 4.02 mol/kg,and the separation coefficient reaches 59.95,which are higher than the other four zeolite molecular sieves.Its dynamic adsorption and decarburization performance is the best.When JLOX-500 zeolite molecular sieve is repeatedly used under 280℃high temperature regeneration conditions,the adsorption and decarburization performance is stable,and it has good recycling performance.
