摘　　要：中国和日本是一衣带水的近邻,多年来保持着密切的经贸合作关系。2020年新冠肺炎疫情对全球经济产生巨大冲击,在此背景下,中日两国共同推动的RCEP,历经8年曲折谈判后终于尘埃落定。通过RCEP,中日两个贸易大国首次建立了自贸协定关系,双方市场开放度将进一步提高,不仅开放两国重点关心领域的投资限制,进出口产品关税也将得到大幅削减,区域累计原产地规则以及便利的海关通关手续将进一步提高中日贸易便利化水平。未来,RCEP对中日经贸关系发展、中日韩FTA推进、供应链产业链一体化、中日第三方市场合作等将带来多方面影响,为此,应采取积极对策应对可能带来的挑战。China and Japan are close neighbors separated by a narrow strip of water. There has been continuous economic and trade cooperation,but the two countries never signed a higher-level trade agreement. Under the impact of the pandemic of the COVID-19 in 2020,Japan,which has seen a serious economic recession,eventually signed the RCEP,which has shaken support for many times. Through RCEP,the two major trading countries between China and Japan created a free trade relationship for the first time. The market opening of the two parties will be further improved. Investment restrictions in key areas will be opened up. Import and export tariffs have dropped significantly. Regionally accumulated rules of origin and customs clearance on the surrounding roads will further enhance the level of facilitation between China and Japan,and business cooperation will also bring new goals and challenges. This article analyzes and discusses the future development of economy and trade relationship between China and Japan under RCEP by sorting out Japan’s main considerations in the RCEP process,as well as the specific commitments and tax reduction arrangements made by China and Japan in the RCEP. Integration and third-party market cooperation will have an impact,but the active competition of similar products between China and Japan will also lead to conflicting competition.
