摘　　要：美国近年来的地缘战略已经从"亚太再平衡"转变为"印太战略"。作为一个新的地缘政治战略,"印太战略"延续了"亚太再平衡"遏制中国的战略目标,并在范围和方式上有所调整,更加注重盟国发挥的作用。具体而言,这是一个军事色彩浓厚、针对性强且地域广阔的地缘政治战略。在"印太战略"的框架下,美国、日本、澳大利亚和印度之间的四方安全合作机制发挥了关键作用。在"印太战略"的框架下,日本和澳大利亚近年来加强了海洋事务的合作,具体而言,日本和澳大利亚在海洋领域的合作涵盖各个领域,主要包括海军装备贸易、联合海上军事演习、相关人员交流等几个方面。由于这些合作带有针对中国的意图,且大多集中在军事领域,因此对于中国的周边海洋安全,尤其是南海地区的海洋安全构成了较大的影响,同时也影响中国"一带一路"倡议的实施。The US geostrategy has changed from "rebalancing towards Asia-Pacific" to "Indo-Pacific Strategy" in recent years. As a new geopolitical strategy,the "Indo-Pacific Strategy" continues the strategic goal of containing China,and has adjusted its scope and methods and paid more attention to the role of allies. The "Indo-Pacific Strategy" is a military focused geopolitical strategy which is specifically targeted to China by looking into a broader geographical area. Under the framework of the "Indo-Pacific Strategy",the QUAD,a four-party security cooperation mechanism among the US,Japan,Australia,and India played a significant role. Under the framework of the "Indo-Pacific Strategy",Japan and Australia have strengthened cooperation in maritime affairs. Specifically,the maritime cooperation between Japan and Australia covers various fields including naval equipment trade,joint maritime military exercises,personnel exchanges,etc. As the cooperation is targeted to China and is mostly military focused,it may have a great impact on China’s surrounding maritime security,especially the maritime security in the South China Sea,and also affect the implementation of China’s Belt and Road Initiative.
